China's growth is an essential business topic. Through my MBA, I am starting to have a better understanding of this market, from a macroeconomic, technological and societal point of view. More importantly, I am beginning to understand better the relationship between China, India and other countries of the region. I will update this reading list in the future. For now, my favourite book on the topic is The Future is Asian: it helps me understand why we (maybe) talk too much about China, and not enough about Asia in general. Then, In Spite of the Gods was required reading for my MBA course in India: it helped me develop a basic understanding of India. I recently purchased Age of Ambition, as a few friends recommended it, but was not yet able to read it.
